Rose City Black
For our take on the traditional Chinese Rose Congou, we layer a Keemun black tea base from the Anhui province of eastern China with strongly scented rose petals allowing the tea to absorb the perfume. This is one of our favorite blends, is excellent hot and also makes an amazing iced tea.
Ingredients: Keemun Black Tea, Rose Petals
Steeping Suggestion: 1 teaspoon per cup, 205-212°F, 3 to 5 minutes.
