Monkey Picked Oolong
One of the most famous oolongs, the large, unbroken, copper-green leaves unfurl while brewing infusing a golden yellow cup with a complex, buttery, sweet, oolong flavor. It is said that this tea grows in such high unscalable mountain tops that monkeys had to be trained to harvest the leaves. This exquisite tea easily yields multiple steepings.
Ingredients: Oolong Tea
Steeping Suggestion: 1 teaspoon per cup, 195°F, 3 to 5 minutes. To enjoy a second steep, increase time.
