Lapsang Souchong, Organic

    • A robust China black tea smoked over pine needles brews a dark cup with a resinous flavor. For most it's a love or hate relationship, however we've found this tea to be a favorite of chefs and mixologists everywhere. Try it in your shrimp boil, marinate salmon in it, poach a chicken breast, make marbled tea eggs or add it to an Old Fashioned or Manhattan. Anything where a complex, smoky note would be welcome.

      Ingredients: Black Tea 

      Steeping Suggestion: 1 teaspoon per cup, 205-212°F, 3 to 5 minutes.
