The champagne of green teas from Japan, the name roughly translates to "Jade Dew". Each spring, tea bushes are shaded before harvest boosting the chlorophyll and reducing the tannin levels in the tea. This results in long, needle-shaped leaves that produce an exceptionally smooth, gorgeous lemon yellow cup with a refined, sweet, mild flavor and a flowery-green aroma. May be steeped up to 3 times.

Steeping Suggestion: 1 teaspoon per cup, 160-175°F, 1-2 minutes. To enjoy multiple steeps, increase time.
