Dating back to the Tang Dynasty, Gunpowder is a long green leaf that has been tightly rolled into small pellets. While brewing, the leaves unfurl to yield a pale green cup and a flavor that is smooth with notes of smoke, nuts and a touch of earthiness. This tea may be steeped up to 3 times.
Ingredients: Green Tea
Steeping Suggestion: 1 teaspoon per cup, 160-175°F, 1-2 minutes. To enjoy multiple steeps, increase time.
