Our version of the traditional ayurvedic tea, we created this blend to maximize the benefits of turmeric.
Rather than a tea that is steeped, our organic golden milk is a fine powder that is vigorously mixed into hot water – think matcha. Sweeten with a bit of honey and add a dash of milk or cream, dairy or plant based, as the fat helps the body with the uptake of turmeric, and you have a spicy drink that’s as delicious as it is good for you. Ingredients: Organic Turmeric, Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Pepper, Nutmeg
Steeping Suggestion: 1 tsp per cup, 212°F, stir, stir, stir. Add honey and milk of your choice as the fat helps increase the body's uptake of turmeric.
