Green rooibos is from the same plant as traditional red, however, it is quickly dried to avoid going through the oxidation process that imparts the red color, yielding an excellent caffeine free replacement for green tea. With low astringency, green rooibos is light and fresh with a grassy, vegetal flavor.

Steeping Suggestion: 2 teaspoons per cup, 212°F, 4-6 minutes. To enjoy a second steep, increase time.
