Ingredients: Elderberry, Fennel, Chamomile, Peppermint, Cinnamon, Licorice, Slippery Elm, Clove
Steeping Suggestion: 2-3 teaspoons per cup, 212°F, 4 to 6 minutes. To enjoy a second steep, increase time.
